Born in June 1966 in the City of Buenos Aires, he obtained his Law Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1990.

After having gained professional experience in other law firms in the area of reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings, he joined Estudio Bosch in 1994 as Partner, focusing his practice on financial trusts, legal audits and judicial and out-of-court recovery proceedings. He was appointed as Judicial Trustee in the National Commercial Court of First Instance and he provides legal advice to Judicial Trustees.

Germán Rodríguez currently advices on matters related to financial trusts, legal audits, as well as other corporate and commercial areas. He took various post graduate courses in bankruptcy and other financial distress matters.
